Using eco-friendly reusable shopping bags instead of plastic shopping bags is a culture, which will evolve over time. Envirosax bags makes the ‘move in the right direction’ easier by providing a polyester bag that rolls up and is both waterproof and portable, weighing just 40 grams (1.4 ozs) each. The rolled up size of these bags is great - it makes them very practical to use and easy to carry around, individually or in the pouch of 5 for the weekly supermarket shopping trip.

The company Envirosax originates from Currumbin Valley in South East Queensland, Australia and was founded by Kiwi, Belinda David-Tooze. The Envirosax team uses renewable and recyclable products where possible, and they are committed to operating on ecologically sustainable principles.
Situated on 10 acres of pristine Australian rainforest, Belinda and Mark David-Tooze the founders of Envirosax and their three young children, live an ecologically sustainable lifestyle with solar hot water and photovoltaic cells for electricity. A sewage system recycles waste water, watering the extensive permaculture gardens and filtered rainwater tanks provide the organic vegetable gardens, fruit trees and the premises with water. Envirosax bags are designed in Australia and made in China, under fair wage and fair labour conditions. Belinda and David personally inspect the factories and their last inspection trip was October 2007. They work directly with factory managers and do not use agents or middlemen.
Shipping We ship with New Zealand Post's International Air Express service. We process your order within 5 working days at most (unless specified as longer in the description, such as if we custom make your product). Shipping takes 4-10 working days anywhere in the world so you will receive your order within 3 weeks. Shipping charges are listed on each page so you know up front what it will cost to send your order. Don't forget the automatic currency converter at the bottom of the left hand column or use www.xe.com. You will receive an automated email after placing your order and another from us when your item is dispatched but you are welcome to contact us by email anytime at support@vanilladesignstore.com and we will respond within 24 hours at most. We pack your order in recyclable cardboard and endeavour to avoid plastic and keep packaging to a minimum to reduce waste and enhance recyclability. Payment and Returns We accept payment via Paypal for its ease of use and trustworthiness. Payment can be processed through the Checkout on the website or you can contact us by email and go through the purchase manually. This is a good option for combined shipping or special requests. If you are based in New Zealand we can also accept payment directly to our bank account if you contact us. We stand behind our product 100% so if it arrives damaged or you just don't like it please contact us to arrange return and refund, preferably within a week of receiving it.
